How to add Bentwater Guest Approval website to iPhone Homescreen

  1. If you already have an account on the guest approval website, you may use it with youriPhone. No need to create a separate account. Just skip to step 3.
  2. To create an account: (You may prefer to do this on your computer)
    1. Open your web browser and go to www.bentwaterpoagate.com..
    2. Click the "Register new account" button.
    3. Fill in your name and address.
    4. Check the "I'm not a robot" box.
    5. If the site believes that you are not a robot and displays the green check mark, skip to step 2.g.
    6. The site is suspicious, you need to convince it that you are a real person by completing a simple challenge.
    7. Complete the items on the next page and click the "Create Account" button.
    8. Account requests must be approved by the POA. You will receive an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. informing you that your account has been approved. Please ensure that mail from this sender is not blocked.
    9. When you receive your approval email, proceed to step 3.
  3. Open your web browser and go to  www.bentwaterpoagate.com
  4. Verify that your User Name and Password are correct by logging in. Check the “Remember me next time” so you will not have to enter the User Name and Password each time.
  5. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see an icon depicting an arrow that looks like it's trying to get away from a square. This represents the never-ending struggle between the pursuant rectangular form and chased arrowhead. It also represents tapping a button to perform an action, which is more applicable in this case. So tap this button.
  6. If you managed to tap that button successfully, you'll have a few options. The one you want to tap is "Add to Home Screen". So do that.
  7. You'll be asked to choose a name for the homescreen icon. So, pick a good one and save it. When you're done it'll show up on your homescreen and you'll never have to type in that stupid URL ever again.
