A Message From Your General Manager...

The new dinner menu has been released with great choices of meat, chicken, lamb, pork, fish, and pasta for entrees. The entrées will include a starch and a vegetable and the prices will range from $17 to $36 dollars so they are very reasonable. The menu is posted on the Club website for you to review. Reservations would be appreciated to help us prepare to best serve Bentwater Members.

Every year in the Fall the major beer distributors review their price increases for the next 12 months. That means we need to adjust our prices as well. Our prices have always been significantly lower than other food and beverage operations in the area. We recently completed a competitive survey with Tailgaters, Phil's Grill, Ransoms, April Sound and Walden. Our pricing strategy will still keep us at or below their existing prices and will definitely keep us below their prices when they increase them.

We are very excited about the future patio and we are sure it will be a highly utilized area of the Clubhouse. We will keep you posted on the progress of the construction and will send you some schematics to review in the next few months.

Aerification is over and the courses are recovering nicely. The cart path repairs for the Miller course should begin in the next few weeks. We continue to work on drainage issues on all of the courses to prepare for the Winter.

Pickleball has come to Bentwater and our first clinic was a huge success. We had over 30 participants last Thursday evening. We anticipate the new sport to be very popular at Bentwater. For a period of time, we are offering free equipment rental so you can test out the game. We sell the paddles and balls in the Tennis pro shop and the Tennis Pros will share the rules and strategies. Walden has Pickleball and they have already "thrown down the gauntlet" by challenging Bentwater to a match!
